Matt,
 Charlie's Greenhouse and supplies has a nice tall square pot that is black
(sorry, no clear) I believe the size is 4 inches square, 5 or 6 inches tall.
Nice for aquariums, not good for outside as the black color tends to absorb
to much heat, heating up the soil way to high, in warmer areas of the
country. A 2"x6" clear plastic plant pot may not exist. You might try
heading to your nearest hardware store or similar, looking at containers
that hold screws, bolts or wherever. If you find something that you can use
in your aquarium, take the company off the container and call them. Ask
them where they are getting their containers from. If you are lucky, they
may send you in the right direction. Hope this helps, Charles
