My understanding is that this is a trade term meaning "Clean", as in no
crud in it, as opposed to what you might fish out of Junior's play box
(especially after the neighbor's kitty's been at it). Actually, I swipe
sand from my son's box, but it is covered, so the neighbor's (4) cats can't
get to it.
