Life-Gros are excellent for plants that need high light. I use four
tubes for my Helis, and they are beautifully colored and shaped, with
large nectar lids.
The tubes should last for around a year- another bonus!

I don't know if they would be any good for Neps- they really are VERY
bright, and might burn them.
