Jason,

All you have to do is pull the plant from the pot and cut off the roots and
leaves. All that should be left is the bulb. Take that and put it in a
plastic bag with some damp peat moss (dampen the peat with fungucide to help
prevent problems) and place in your refrigerator for the winter. Pretty
simple. You may also take the plant out of the terrarium and leave it in
the window over the winter if you desire. They are quite easy to keep alive
as long as they aren't too wet while dormant.
