Many people who raise tropical fish feed these small worms to their fish,
they are a very rich food that the fish adore, I think that they would be
good for VFTs and possibly pitcher plants, if fed in small quantities. I
will try it on my VFTs and see if they do ok. They would probably be to
big for sundews, but microworms would probably be a decent size for these
plants.
