        FRom my own experience, a lot of neps start forming new leaves and
pitchers long before any roots. Once this happens, I usually pot it up in
regular media, keep it humid and moist, and it usually starts growing
without any problems. I've never checked to see if the cuttings actually
produced roots, although I assume they eventually do!
