We had this topic a while back and I forget most of the detail but
it boiled down to someone bringing up something about the trigger
hairs seeming to be longer in one than the other! I had a bit of a
laugh over this one - if that's the difference then maybe there is
no difference. Who knows!?!?!

I have both Royal Red and Akai Ryu as small plants have not noticed
much of a difference so far. They are marginally different ages and
one may be darker than the other (but I forget which).
