Subject: Nepenthes Alata best soil mix

Hi, I would like to know what os the best conditions to grow N.alata...
soil mix, light , temperature etc. My cutting, that i received last summer,
dont grow very fast and stay always the same.... no bigger leaves etc...
and the traps die after a month or few.... and it can't support more than 2
traps at the same time.... and never more that 4 leaves.... Help me please.
