Does anyone out there have a hybrid of S. rubra jonesii X S. oreophila?
I did a cross this year with several of my plants and want to know what
an adult plant looks like. A picture would be great.

Jeff, I have several of these plants and they are really beautiful
 looking hybrids.
The plant has a strong S. jonesii influence with a large mouth. A real
looker. they also seem to stand up straighter then the jonesii does.
My adult plants are the same size as the jonesii, but with a nice wide
mouth. I believe the S. jonesii was crossed with the Sand Mountain
Oreophila, making the hybrid even more beautiful then if crossed with a
regular S. Oreo. You will be very pleased with your results for sure.
