Is the room this terrarium will be placed air conditioned, that is
cooled off? If so, I doubt two tubes will need two fans. Perhaps
one fan or none...

On the other hand, if it the room is not air-conditioned one fan for the
two tubes should suffice, unless the ambient temperture is quite warm.
