Brandon,
If I were you, I would add a generous amount of living sphagnum to the bag that
contains the vfts, second, I really don't recommend keeping the bag 100% sealed.
You still need some air circulating around the plants. If you still have a
problem with that, try taking the plants out, washing them off, soaking them in
a little fungicide and re bagging them. check them weekly and re pot after 2 to
3 months. The fridge does a great job whit dormancy, just be careful and make
sure you check everything weekly.
The yellowing of the leaves is quit normal. No light, no growth. Still, keep an
eye out for anything that doesn't look normal.

I have three VFTs dormant in the crisper of the fridge. They are all in
the same plastic bag, tied at the top to keep them moist. I checked
them and one plant has several leaves that have yellowed and died. The
other two look fine. Should this be happening? Should I just remove
the dead leaves to prevent fungal attack? If I remove the dead leaves,
would it be detrimental to the plant if, rather than cutting off the
leaf, I removed the entire leaf - including the base so that I can make
a cutting from it?
