Niels,
You state below that the 'average' temp is -1 to +1 Celsius in Denmark
during winter. However, what are the low temperatures and how long may they
stay there? Where you may have -40 and +40 during the winter and average
out to 0 C, the -40 will kill alot of the Sarracenia.
