We currently discourage multi-year subscriptions.

The problem is that the ICPS is not yet non-profit, and becomes eligible
for US income tax if our account balance at the end of the year exceeds
1-2 months of working capital.

Because of this limitation, we try very hard to keep our cash reserves to
a minimum.

However, if you really have a need for multi-year subscription, go ahead
and do it.

Once we have non-profit status, we will *encourage* multi-year
subscriptions (with a modest discount) because they will greatly reduce
the annual renewal crunch on our secretary.

Processing 850 subscriptions every January is no fun.
