Dear Jim

Yes you can go and just wander around and find CP. Most of them
like upland bogs. Droseras in England like what is called blanket
bog, this is were the bog peat is floating on water, but I have also
found D.rotundifolia growing on tarmac in the Scotish Highland.
The only Pinguiculas I have found where in an old limestone quarry,
these where P.vulgaris and where very large for that sp.
I have found Utricularia vulgaris in a bog pond in Northen England.
This is easy to spot as it is the only thing growing in such acid
water.
So get your gum boots on and go looking, but take someone with you
just to be safe.
Yours,
JoHn
