Years ago I received seed and was able to germinate it fairly easily. The
main thing I have found is that it likes it cool 50 to 75 degrees F.
Constant high temps will kill it easily, but I don;t think you will have
that problem in WI. I grew mine in a sand/peat/sphagnum mix under 2 4-ft
flourescent light fixtures. Anythink less and it will start to fade. Oh
one mor thing once fairly mature give it plenty of root space.
