A number of postings over the past few months mentioned the book "Pitcher
Plants of Borneo" by Phillips and Lamb, which supposedly could be ordered
from the publisher in Kota Kinabalu for RM95, which is about US$38. When I
wrote to order a copy a few weeks ago, they sent me a bill for RM150, which
sounded like a huge price increase. Has anyone else tried to order this
book recently and had the same experience?
