Hi,
This is NOT directed towards anyone in particular, it is in
response to a number of posts to the list that make some
assumptions about mail readers. Some of us still use primitive,
text-based terminals to read our email. It is not your fault that
we're stuck in the Dark Ages, but the spirit of an email list is
sharing with your friends, eh? With that in mind, please remember
that

- Some of us can't read characters beyond the 72nd column.
- Some of us pay per byte for email, so unnecessary quoting =
unnecessary expense.
- Some of us pay per email read and others don't have time to
read everything that this busy list produces, so accurate subject
lines are important.
- Some of us don't have mail readers that support MIME.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled program...

How can I tell (or when will I be able to tell) if the sprouts in
my outdoor pots are indeed my Sarracenia seeds or something that
just arrived on a breeze?

Thanks
Phil
