There is an address you can write to in the U.S. Postal system for
purhasing stamps for collections. If there's anything left in the
system, they would probably have it. You might ask your local postoffice
for the address and give the a try - if they've only been out two weeks
there's bound to be a postoffice somewhere sitting on booksfull of them.
