You present insufficient information, at least for me, to get
a meaningful response. What kind of Nepenthes do you have?
Where are you growing them? Brazil? Outdoors? Indoors?
What's the temperature range? How much light are they
getting? What potting medium are you using? Do they receive
direct sunlight while the leaves still have water drops on them?

It's not so unusual for a few brown spots to develop on a few
of the leaves. And, I find it common for Nepenthes to sport
immature pitchers on their leaves, which never fully develop.

I've seen very fine specimens of dried Nepenthes pitchers at
the herbarium in Kinabalu Park. They use some sort of oven to
dry them. Unfortunately I don't know much about the process--must
be a special low-humidity drying oven.
