It is admittedly bad programming style, but the author of the
Flynn bog page has named the link:
http://www.csdl.tamu.edu/FLORA/flynnbog/FB1.HTML
Notice the rather unusual all caps "HTML".
WWW servers are case sensitive, and the path must be exact.
I wasted several hours on this one when I first tried to track it down.
