Hi List,

You don't need heating cables in particular. There are heating pads
to supply bottom heat. These are very good for seedlings and rooting
cuttings. Also, if this is on a small scale, you could just use a
couple of incandescent grow bulbs. These give off A LOT of heat.
I don't where to get the heating pads, though I've seen them in
greenhouses before.
