Hi !
I'm a newcomer to the listserv.
Let me first introduce myself :
My name is Gilles LARDY.

I'm french and lives ten kilometers far from Paris.
I study mathematics, physics and some biology (I'm running a personnal
research project on post-denitrification in denitrification devices) in a
french engineering school : L'Ecole Centrale Paris.

In fact I live in Grenoble, which is further south.
That's the place where I first made acquaintance with CPs : here whe have
_D. intermedia, _D.rotundifolia, _D.anglica, _U.vulgaris, _P.vulgaris,
_P.leptoceras, _P.alpina, _P.grandiflora and the rare _P.grandiflora var.=
rosea.
The first CP I met was _P.grandiflora (I was 11), in the mountains. And I
must admit that this one last longer than the Dionaea I had bought in a
supermarket, which died after three months of agony...

Now I run my collection in my student room where I grow my plants in a
90*60*40 cm case with 4 fluo lights, and outside in two 100*80 cases.
Here are the species I grow :=20

Sarracenia minor=20
Sarracenia oreophila
Pinguicula moranensis
Pinguicula hemiepiphito=EFdes
Pinguicula vulgaris outside
Pinguicula grandiflora outside
Pinguicula grandiflora var. Rosei outside
Drosera spathulata
Drosera binata outside
Drosera capensis _outside
Drosera filiformis _outside
Drosera rotundifolia _outside
Drosera rotundifolia var. Furcata _outside
Drosera intermedia _outside
Drosera rora=EFmae
Dionaea muscipula
Cephalotus follicularis
Utricularia alpina
Utricularia livida
Utricularia minor _outside
Utricularia leptoplectra (no flowers yet)
Utricularia quelchii
Heliamphora minor (grown with D. Rora=EFmae)
Heliamphora heterodoxa
Nepenthes veitchii
Nepenthes hirsuta
Nepenthes cantleyi ( Bicalcarata*Gracilis)
Nepenthes hybrid X
Nepenthes hybrid X'

My last acquisition is U.quelchii, but as this species is not quite
widespread is the collections, could anyone give me so advice about who to
grow it the best way, because I would not like to lose it.

Thanks.
