I have one clump of D. adelae which has done very well. This plant is
growing in sphagnum about 6 inches below a bank of four 40W fluorescent
lights. It is growing in about 1/2 inch of standing water. This red
flowered plant is about 14 inches across. Roots regularly grow out from
under the pot and into the water where new buds form. I currently have
three or four small plants growing in the water. Other D. adelae in
similar conditions have not done as well, which leads me to guess that
it is a little temperamental.
