Just a comment on VFTs. I was pleased to note at my local
hardware/garden discount center that they have a shipment of VFTs, all
clearly labeled"THIS PLANT WAS PROPAGATED FROM TISSUE CULTURE."
Unfortunately, the overall effect of the label was blunted by a cutsy
message, "Hi, I'm a carnivorous plant. That means that I like bugs.
..." It would have been nice if the grower had put in a sentence or two
about what tissue culture is, and why it is used. But I guess they are
aiming more at the intrigued kid market :-)
