Yassir,

Which genera/species have you used physan on? I've been thinking
of using it to combat some fungus growing in a bowl of Utricularia
gibba where the water level is just about soil level, but haven't
yet because I wasn't sure how the Utric would react. While I'm at
it; can anyone tell why I have mold/fungus growth only on those pots
where the water level is just at the media level? I don't have any
problems with pots where the water level is a 1/2 inch (1 cm) below
the media level or where the water level is consistantly an inch (2.5 cm)
above the media. The mold/fungus grows on the surface of the water
or the media depending on the level. The medium is heat sterilized
peat/sand.

TIA

John
