Looking for advices on seed planting

I am looking for advice on the sowing of
Nepenthes seeds and a few other species.

I have obtained seeds of N. alata, N.
Rafflesiana, N. Gracilis, and a few Byblis
and Drosophyllum (sorry if spelling is
incorrect).

What type of medium would be
recommended.

Is it better to cover the seeds or just sprinkle
them on the surface?

Should I place the pots in plastic bags since
the plants will be placed in a humid grow
room under lights (to avoid fungal
problems).

The temperature of the room is about 62 at
night and 72 during the day.

Should anything special be done to the
seeds before sowing?

Any advice would be appreciated.
