Dioecy,
>The name of the student who is publishing new panguiculas in Mexico is Sergio
>Zamudio.(...)

Thanks for this clarification.
Sergio ZAMUDIO RUIZ has indeed described several species from Mexico, already:

_Pinguicula barbata_ ZAMUDIO RUIZ & RZEDOWSKI, PHYTOLOGIA 60:256 (1986)
_Pinguicula crassifolia_ ZAMUDIO RUIZ, ACTA BOT.MEX.3:21 (1988)
_Pinguicula emarginata_ ZAMUDIO RUIZ & RZEDOWSKI, PHYTOLOGIA 60:258
(1986) _Pinguicula gracilis_ ZAMUDIO RUIZ, ACTA BOT.MEX.3:25 (1988)
_Pinguicula hemiepiphytica_ ZAMUDIO RUIZ & RZEDOWSKI, ACTA BOT.MEX.14:24
(1991) _Pinguicula immaculata_ ZAMUDIO RUIZ & LUX, ACTA.BOT.MEX.20:40
(1992) _Pinguicula takakii_ ZAMUDIO RUIZ & RZEDOWSKI, PHYTOLOGIA 60:260
(1986) _Pinguicula utricularioides_ ZAMUDIO RUIZ & RZEDOWSKI, ACTA
BOT.MEX.14:28(1991)

And he is allegedly going to add some further spp. to this list.

TNX to all who offered _P.vallisneriifolia_ in response to my request for
the plant from Hoz de Beteta. Obviously, I have forgotten to mention that I
do have _P.vallisneriifolia_ already (from Andalucia, Sierra de Cazorla).
Sorry for this omission.
I am only looking for material of the one special population from Cuenca,
Hoz de Beteta (which does -fide STEIGER- not even belong to
_P.vallisneriifolia_).

Kind regards
Jan
