I must disagree with Adreas. Either the Malathion here in
the states is more concentrated or is simply different stuff, the
Department of Agriculture consideres it quite dangerous. It is illegal
to use it near water or where it can get in to the water table as can
shock and/or kill marine life. And, like Diazinon, it can be harmful
to pets and kids.
An organic approach should be your first approach to an
infestation. Pyrethrin is good stuff and safe to all non-critters.
