Thomas,

Thanks for the tip on seed sources.
There are some good plant physiology texts.

The old standard is:
Plant Physiology by Salisbury & Ross from Wadsworth Pubs.

A new and very "modern-looking" book is:
Plant Physiology by Taiz & Zeigler from Benjamin Cummings Pubs.

Since I am really more interested in plant hormones and development
that biochemistry and photosynthesis, I also like:
Advanced Plant Physiology by Malcolm Wilkins from Pitman Pubs. but it
is long in the teeth and needs a second edition...maybe one is already
available.

Hope this helps! ross
