Yes, it is in English. There are not too many errors in it, just a few
inadequacies, perhaps ;-).

Institute Malaysia (FRIM), Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
I do not know the street (I assume, Kuala Lumpur does have more than one)
or a CIP code (sorry!).
