I just got one of these from Home Harvest at
<http://www.homeharvest.com>. It was a little under $40; it measures
indoor humidity, indoor & outdoor temp, and, being a glorified LCD
clock, time as well. I know it measures min & max temps & I think it
measures min & max humidity, but I could be wrong about the latter.
Specifically, it can be found at
<http://www.homeharvest.com/environmentalmonitoring.htm>.

As long as I'm talking about Home Harvest, I should probably mention
why I know about them: they have pots & saucers much cheaper than
anywhere else I've found. The lousy garden center near where I work
wants $10 or $15 for a 5-gallon pot; Home Harvest sells 'em for
$1.89. I also ordered some hanging pots from them because they're the
perfect shape for low-lying Sarracenia & was impressed with their
customer service: I got an email not long after placing the order
stating that they were out of hangers for the pots & asking if I
wanted to cancel the order, remove the hanging pots, or have them
ship what they had & ship the hangers at no charge when they came in.
They still got the order out very quickly, which was very important
to me because I was expecting plants the same day I was expecting the
pots to put them in.

Any way, usual disclaimers: I don't work for them, just a satisfied
customer, etc.
