Subject: underwhelmed....

A year ago when I offered to send Nepenthes to people
for the cost of postage, I was buried in e-mail replies.

The response to my similar posting of yesterday has been
surprisingly meager. Either interest has waned, or the US
market is flooded with plants and the hobbyists are
satisfied with what they have.

For the price of US Priority Mail postage ($3) I have

1 N. ampullaria, 1 unknown hybrid, 2 N. x mixta 'superba', 2 N. maxima x
bongso, 1 N. veitchii.

See yesterday's posting for a more detailed description of

I was hoping to get these plants to some novice growers
who are trying to build their collections. I do not want the
plants resold, and I'd hate to relegate them to the compost

This will be my last posting on the matter.
