Subject: Sarracenia 'Judith Hindle'

At the last meeting of the Bay Area Carnivorous Plant Society Peter D'Amato
displayed a medium sized example of Sarracenia 'Judith Hindle' with 4 or 5
pitchers and it was noticed by several observers that the plant exudes a
sweet, almost floral scent. There were no bugs trapped in the most recent
pitchers ( which might change the smell for the worse ). Has anyone else
noticed this scent in 'Judith'? Or in other Sarr. sp. or hybrids?
