Subject: VFT - novice question

I have a VFT grown from tissue culture that was unidentified when I got
it. It had a growth spurt under incandescent light about a month ago
(I am still looking for an affordable light stand, BTW), and along with 4
flower spikes, has very elongated leaves with small traps. Is this a lack
of light?
