Subject: Sarracenia seed dormancy

 Hello!
Recently, my sarr's have set seed this month. My question is, what is
the proper way to stratify them ?
Do I sow them and then put the pot in the fridge, or can I just place
the seed in envelopes and chill them?
Also, how long should they remain in cold storage? I've heard 2-3 months
is usually good, but having never grown these plants from seeds I'm not
sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
