Subject: U.olivacea smallest flowering plant?

I've seen a reference somwhere stating that U.olivacea could be the
smallest flowering plant by mass in the plant kingdom. I think this was
in Taylor's _Monograph_ but that's such a huge book... Does anyone know
where I can find a reference for this claim, or even better, refutation
or confirmation?
