Robert,

The mysterious plant you found and reported to the CP newsgroup arrived in
my mail box in excellent shape.

The ID is simple and straightforward: you have Utricularia radiata. It is
a very pretty plant, no? I have not yet seen this plant in the wild, only
U. inflata (the larger and coarser big brother).
