Cool, I hope your VFT's live long and happy lives. Your Venuses like to
stop growing in the Winter and be also cool. Something about sleeping to
wake up in Spring. As for an extended freeze, to cold. (native to N.
Carolina) You wanted to put them in a fish tank, can be done. Keep the
top off, (air circulation) If your going to use lights, keep the VFT's
in your garage where it isn't as warm as your house but not as cold as
outside. Plant in milled peat (and maybe some Perlite, white styrofoam).
When you transplant water (spray bottle) just enough to keep the leaves
and roots moist most of the time until you think it's growing off of the
peat.
