Just my US$.02 on TC N. madagascariensis culture:

Grow a (now) quite large specimen in pure long-fiber sphagnum moss in a five
inch pot sitting in a small, but variable amount of water (ranging from a film
to perhaps .25 inch depth). Humidity is unmeasured, but high (55 gal. acrylic
aquarium with two 40 w flourescent bulbs, one full-spectrum). This Nep. seems
especially prone to a fungal infection (red blistering discoloration of leaves
and stem .... treatable with Benomyl) but otherwise thriving.
