It's a trade off. Your yellow leaves is too acidic median, by putting
baking soda water on you get very green leaves but with your new basic
soil, no flowers. After re potting in a median of Canadian peat and
orchid mulch ( for air flow around the roots)
try applying haft dilution liquid orchid fertilizer in the middle and
        1 tablespoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of sink dishing soap
and 2 tablespoons of corn cooking oil (also to stimulate root
growth)
in one gallon of water (for 2 days) all this is hoping you get to the
point that you don't have to add any additives and the nepenthes grows
like a weed. When you water put just enough that the water will
evaporate out of the pie pan underneath once a day.
