Subject: Re: Sulfur-based fungicide?

Regarding Sulfur fungicide, I have heard local farmers claim it reduces
the soil ph. I have not tested it for it's ph value and was wondering
if anyone has. I purchase my sulfur at a local garden center and I have
always use it on rose bushes, fruit trees and other yard plants, to
control mildew and funguses. The sulfur I buy is disturbed by dragon
and is yellow in color. Hopefully, we are all talking about the same
material.
