Bernadette,
VFTs don't like to have their roots crowded. I keep mine in pots that are
about 8 inches (20cm) deep and 5 inches (13cm) across. This is plenty of
room for one large VFT. I've got another pot of the same size with 3 VFTs in
it and they need to be repotted -- their traps are growing into one another.
