Subject: Nepenthes pathology

Howdy ho from sunny Tucson Arizona in the dessicated US southwest!
I was wondering if anyone could point me to a reference for diseases and
"symptoms" of various problems applicable to nepenthes species. What I'm
really looking here is a semi-technical treatment of the diagnosis and
treatment of afflictions which may crop up in nepenthes. It would be
particularly interesting to see if there are means to differentiate
between environmental stress and infection by pests, etc.
