Subject: Even more on Ping Germination

          Dear all,

lots of discussion out there, now to try to answer a few
questions and to ask some new ones.

          Laurant,

yes I have tried GA on P.alpina but no success. I have used
this material to raise many Byblis gigantea plants no
          problem though.

Regarding your questions on ABA, Guy appears to know far
more on the subject than I do.

          Guy,

interested to hear about the use of coconut milk. Could you
be a bit more specific about this material, i.e. which bit
of the coconut and how do you obtain it. My background in
the ice cream industry means that I may have a totaly
different appreciation of what this material is to you.

          Christian,

some seed floated, whilst other sank (they all floated to
start with) - this didn't seem to make any difference to
          germination however.

          Kind regards

          Loyd
