Just to prevent confusion: if nothing has been published, *nothing*
goes! This is definitely *not* the way new names are proposed in any
technical sense.

None of the names mentioned (all of which being invalid) should be
used, especially in the horticultural trade (because this is usually
the way this bogus is spread).
