It should be, as it is essentially distilled water, assuming your air is
reasonably pure:-) I wouldn't take the first few offerings though, in case
there are any strange chemicals used during manufacture that may be washed
off the surface of the evaporator coils. Similar provisos apply to water from
air conditioners.
