I think all seed will be kept freshest by dry refidgeration.
That is, unless mentioned that the seed is specifically not
able to be stored in that manner. Most seed which can't be
kept must be planted right away, or within a couple days so
you won't be getting such seed from a seed bank or such, anyway.
So the answer should be: Yes.
