The following responses are completely arrogant and inappropriate. Let me
remind the one responsible for such a trespass on this forum as well as
others who follow in the same lines, that this is a list for the
*friendly* distribution of knowledge. Elitism should not be supported on
this list! There will always be future questions which have already been
addressed in the past, always! One of the most powerful amenities that
this list is endowed with is the wealth of knowledge among all recipients,
which can facilitate this grace by the mere touch of a keyboard. If all
possible answers to all possible questions were neatly compiled in a book
and given to all possible cp enthusiasts, then this list would not be
needed. I am prepared to answer the same question over for anyone who is
interested, for I cannot assume that each questioner is able determine the
answer in a shorter length of time than it takes me to repeat it.

None on this list are in any position to assume a haughty pedestal, none.
