Due to contacts with other CP enthusiasts, I am intrigued by the
number of people that I have talked to that are engineers, programmers,
etc. I would like to take a survey and compile some statistics by
profession.
Anyone that would like to contribute, please send a message to
heggood@aol.com having a line embedded in the body of the message
in the following format:
!|LAST NAME|FIRST NAME|COUNTRY|STATE/PROVINCE|CITY|PROFESSION
where PROFESSION is a single word if possible i.e. botany,
electronics, journalism, horticulture, government, etc.
An example of myself would be:
!|Heggood|Stephen|USA|Georgia|Roswell|software
The exclamation point will be used to identify the line in your mail
that contains the data record. Please don't forget to use the '|'
character to separate the data elements.
If '|' is not on your keyboard, use '~' instead.
Don't worry about upper/lower case letters. I will upshift/downshift the
data as appropriate.
I will compile the responses into a report by profession and place the
results here on the list processor.
