Hi All,

Thanks for the advice on how to control my mealy bug infestation. I
took took the plunge yesterday, and soaked my entire Sarracenia
collection one by one in a bucket of Rogor for half an hour each. I
then waited until dusk, and also sprayed them with it just to make sure!
This method also works well in removing annoying Drosera seedlings which
start growing around your plants! I checked them this morning, and they
were already brown and shrivelled after about 20 hours!

I have also noticed that my dense pots of D.capensis are also affected
by mealy bug. I'm just going to throw these away, and only keep the
good plants.

Bye For Now,

Russell Elliott
